Our Roots

The Hypopressive Method was created by
Dr. Marcel Caufriez, a Belgian
neurophysiologist and expert in pelvic
and postural health.

While it was originally developed to support
postpartum women in recovering core and pelvic
floor function, the method quickly proved to be a
powerful tool for a much wider audience – including
men, athletes, and anyone seeking to improve their
posture, breathing, and internal pressure regulation.

Today, we proudly carry on Dr. Caufriez’s legacy
through a global team of certified instructors, health
professionals, and movement specialists trained in
his original framework.

Clinically
Founded

Our programs are built on over 30 years of
clinical research and real-world
application.

They are widely used in Europe by physiotherapists, personal trainers,
osteopaths, midwives, and other health professionals
across Europe and the Americas.

Every session we offer is designed in accordance with
the original principles of Dr. Caufriez and adapted to
modern needs – safe, evidence-based, and effective.

Core Values

Science and practice go hand in hand

Long-term health over short-term gains

Movement should be simple and sustainable

Every body deserves respect at every stage of life

Breathing is the foundation of movement

Our

Mission

We help women and men reconnect with their bodies through conscious breath, postural awareness, and clinically proven techniques.

Our mission is to bring long-term health, prevention, and confidence at every stage of life, addressing pelvic, visceral, postural, and emotional dysfunctions with a personalized, holistic approach grounded in science and clinical practice.

Our

Vision

We envision a world where pelvic and core health are recognized as essential to overall wellbeing.

A world where prevention through movement and breath is valued as highly as medical treatment, diet, or exercise.

Where every woman receives effective, respectful care for the unique challenges of her life stages, free from neglect or discrimination.
